Hopefully by the time A Dream of Spring comes, the summaries for The Winds of Winter will be up :P In any case I'll check from time to time and maybe release some new versions. Without further ado, here is the link to the folder containing the EPUB (for all e-readers except Kindle), the AZW3 (for Kindle only), the MOBI (legacy format accepted by most e-readers), and the PDF versions.Īctually, the code I used to scrape and setup the eBook is made so that I can update the book pretty easily, if there are major revisions to the chapters' pages on the Wiki for example. The summaries for A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons do not have as much content as the ones for A Game of Thrones for instance (I would say about half), but since I didn't read my eBook yet (:P) I cannot tell if it is important or not (in fact maybe the GoT summaries have too much content? I'm sure the most avid readers here will have a say about what's the good level of details). I made this originally for myself since I wanted to remember all the intricacies of the story but wasn't willing to read all the books again, but I realized after finishing it that maybe other people would also enjoy it, so here it is :) 1, A Game of Thrones, and just 13% of the total amount of words in the five volumes, so you will save a lot of reading time! The total amount of words is about 80% the one of the vol. I compiled in an eBook (and PDF for people who prefer, or don't have an e-reader) all the chapter summaries from A Wiki of Ice and Fire, and these are very detailed for the most part. No will to read the whole five books again before Fire & Blood's release in November, or The Winds of Winter's one (God knows when)? But you want to remember all the intricate details? Look no further! |
